Pureed soy bean, soy bean soup

Pureed soy bean is a good nutritional source in itself, though it is recognized more of as a residues of tofu. Although tofu is slightly better than pureed soy bean, it is lower in calorie and lighter in taste. It is easy to cook with, can be cooked in various ways, and is very satisfying in taste.
